People from Dan Williams literally just left my home a couple minutes ago. They were timely and professional. It did take some time to get a hold of them at first, but I called multiple roofers and it's been a very hard two weeks for them because we have had record breaking storms, so it's totally understandable. The gentlemen from Dan Williams were courteous, answered all of my questions, explained what they were doing, and gave me an idea of where they expect the roof might fail first in the distant future (some flashing was done right for the time, but there is a better method now). They said my roof still has plenty of life in it, so I feel it's an accurate assessment (some roofers try to convince you a new roof is necessary when it's not).
